Everything guests usually ask before their stay.
What are the check-in and check-out times?+
Day Tour 9AM–5PM. Night Tour 7PM–7AM. 22 Hours: 9AM–7AM the next day, or 7PM–5PM the next day. Other times are possible if the calendar allows; message us.
How many guests are included?+
Up to 25 guests are included in the rate. Up to 5 kids aged 6 and below are free and not counted. Extra guests are ₱150 each for Day Tour and ₱200 each for Night Tour or 22 Hours.
How do I reserve?+
Pay the ₱5,000 down payment by GCash or bank transfer to secure your date (first come, first served). You can also pencil-book for 24 hours without paying. The balance is paid on or before check-in.
Is the down payment refundable?+
No, it is non-refundable. You can rebook to another date with at least 14 days' notice, and your down payment carries over.
Can I pay by credit card?+
We accept GCash, bank transfer and cash. To pay by credit card, book through our Airbnb listing; Airbnb prices are higher because Airbnb adds its own charges.
Are pets allowed?+
Yes! Pets are welcome around the resort but not inside the rooms. Please bring a cage and clean up after them. Pet pool use is ₱300 per pet.
Can we bring our own sound system or appliances?+
Yes, ₱300 per device (sound system, speakers, air fryer, etc.). The resort already has videoke.
Is there a boat tour on the lake?+
A lake boat tour can be arranged with a third-party operator, subject to weather. Ask us in advance and we'll coordinate.
Where can we buy charcoal or snacks?+
There is a sari-sari store just outside the gate that also sells charcoal. Zaki's Milk Tea and a Korean takeaway are nearby.
